The interview process consisted of two parts. One part team technical interview and second part high level though process one on one style. Overall I enjoyed the interview sessions. The only pain factor was that they were setup with one day’s notice, this made it kind of difficult to schedule around my previous employer.

The aptitude assessment next is technical, around that's it, no hr around, questions are basic, nice, and related to job descriptions, on os and firewall, and networking and security tools, and analytics tools and comds.
The first phase was a phone interview with a tech person. The person on the phone was pretty aggressive/curt. I got the feeling that the working environment would be unnecessarily stressful because of the atmosphere. They were going to bring me on-site for more testing, but I opted out of the interview process after that.

Applied via a reference. Normal process, online app, phone screen, in person interview. Strong showing by f5 nice offices, smart people. Overall very professional approach and comportment. It seemed as if there was some confusion about who I was to see, and what types of questions they were going to ask. Many folks asked the same questions over and over. I liked the folks I met. Seemed stressed but focused.
