It involved a brief meeting with the team. I then took a couple of the workout classes. Finally, I led the team members through a warm up and demonstration. They provided me with feedback and we went from there!

It starts with reviewing background, followed by going through form corrections (Squat, Pushup, bent over row, or any other main movements), how you queue these corrections in a setting, followed by injury modifications.
