We are sorry that this interviewee felt that the interview process was a joke. It is true that we often go off-site for meetings, usually to the cool , new library across the street or to the local coffee shop. Most employees enjoy getting out for fresh air and change of scenery. Although this ex-employee is entitled to his opinions about our interview process, nobody has ever been interviewed for a full-time position and then offered an internship. Internships are reserved exclusively for students who are still in school.
