The interview process took about 4 weeks. Applied online a week later got an interview with the recruiter. The next step was meeting with the Director of campaign management the call was 30 mins. Having my interview with her was really detailed in the position which was great. Then the third interview with another team member, the conversation was great and I got great insight on how we would be working together. The final interview was with the SVP that conversation seemed a little rough since we also had a rough start in trying to get the video chat to work. I didn't get the same connection as I did with everyone else but I tried to sale myself that I would be great for the position. After sending a thank you letter to him he was the only didn't respond so I figured I probably didn't get the position. Overall the people seem great to work with.
