It was a two round interview process. There were 3-5 people in each. Very relaxed and friendly people. Our conversations revolved a lot around elaborating on the tasks I completed in my previous role and how I managed my team. They also asked construction site and tech-related questions to see what my experience level was at and what I would need training on if hired.
