The interview process for Extron for me was with the hiring manager and other managers involved. I was called in for a second interview with HR, but declined. I had second thoughts about this place after reading much about it and the hiring manager told me I would not get a salary similar to my current job after he had asked my what I expected. The overall interview went as expected. I think i should have continued on to the second interview just to see if they game me an offer.
