Entretien
A trainer in the district will conduct first interview. You will need to report to District manager for secondary interview. The questions are repeated at the interviews. The locations of the interviews are whatever is convenient for the management. You may need to travel. Answer the questions in the second interview exactly the same as the first.

It took about 2 weeks for a call, I was interviewed by a Manager. Then a about half and hour later the District Manager. The interview was relaxed and professional. The District Manager interview was done via Team Meet. Easy to down load and set up. I received an offer via e-mail within an hour.

Panel interview. Everyone was very friendly, easy to talk with. Great info about their culture. I felt listened to and was able to ask them questions also. Was offered a 2nd interview at the end.

Okay process had to talk to a person for an initial interview to talk to hiring manager. Questions where not that difficult overall sales and customer service driven. Did not accept job due to better paying options. Overall not sure about company with its pay.
