The process i found was very confusing I was not clear on if I even was going to work for a long time. It was ,unorganized,unclear, like it was the first time managers had ever hired someone and it was a long time before I started working.

They conduct in person that are socially distanced. I was asked a lot of questions regarding how you handle situations and previous experience. The staff was very friendly when I came in.

My first interview was over the phone and then I met with my GM to discuss my abilities and how I could help improve our property. It was a good quick yet informative interview.
