I received a phone call asking to schedule an interview with a manager. I arrived at the store and met the manager and we went to another area in the mall for the interview where we could sit. It made it a more relaxing informal process. Basic questions about retail and shopping/clothing habits were asked. After the interview I heard back quickly with a position.
