J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Express (Gainesville, FL) en août 2011
Entretien
Applied online. Got called to a group interview. It was a non-stressful, low-key discussion headed by the store manager with a question or two directed at each interviewee as to how we would handle the situation. Some had retail experience already, some this was their first job. Also went through a new hire packet together and filled out paperwork. All in the group interview were hired after we toured the store together.

Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
