J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Express (Newark, DE) en oct. 2014
Entretien
Took over a month after applying to get a call to schedule an interview. Went in, dressed the part of an express employee, and spoke with a very nice employee. Everyone there was incredibly kind. I had previously worked at an Express in a different state. They told me they were just going to call that express to confirm my employment and they would let me know. I got a call that night offering me a job. I do remember the questions I was asked when I originally interviewed for the job at the Express in another state. When I applied to the express out of state I was called in for an interview a week later and was hired soon after.

Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
