You fill out the application online. Go to express.com/careers. I filled out about 9 different retail applications in november, and express was the first company to get back to me. Within 2 week of me submitting the application I had gotten a phone call for a interview and 3 days after that I was in for training. My suggestion is to apply before the holidays or around may, a lot of college students are working for express and they usually leave for the summer in june.

Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
