Well, I applied online and received a call a few weeks later, I was asked to come in for a group interview. I went in the interview was very long, almost 2 hours long. The manager told us everything about the job and told us we should all get the job and to expect a phone call back. I called a few days later to see how the process was going and once offered a job, I turned it down due to some disagreements.

Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.

Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
