You submit an application in store or online; getting the interview itself is very easy to do. It is group interviews, but it's easier this way because it allows more people to be interviewed more quickly. My group interview was stressful and required some thinking, but it was easy. The hiring manager was nice, but only seemed to want to be there because she had to. They ask you a series of questions, such as why you want to work for the company, describe the company's image, your previous work experience, a difficult situation from your past jobs, a fake scenario to describe your course of action, et cetera. The interviewing process is a bit disorganized; it's an around the table approach so answers are easy to respond to if you're not the first to go. The company's image plays a pivotal role in this process, as they expect you to understand their statement. In my opinion, it has a bit of urban edge, with professional buisness attire appeal and a British fashion tone. Just saying that previous statement might get you hired, jokingly of course. All in all, the process is easy. Show up, answer questions, they'll check your references and if they like you, they will hire you.
