I started out by submitting an application in person at their Red Wing, MN location. They had me fill out the application on their computers and submit my references by entering them into their computer. Then they had me take a test for general skills. The test included measurements and simple math.

You fill out application and answer questions both verbal and mechanical, sign a few waivers and legal notes, Was a nice place. Was able to hear the interviewer clearly and was semi organized.
