the interview process was simple and quick. not multiple rounds. you can easily get a feel of the type of jobs they contract for. usually the jobs are short and manual labor. there was not anything in an "office"

The introductory interview was thorough. I explained my previous work experience and what I looked forward to in a new career in terms of values and work values. The interviews were conducted very professionally, and I sensed that they valued employees who were dedicated to their work and were consistent.
