I registered an expression of interest on the Expr3ss! website careers page and received an invite to a phone interview via email which was conducted that day. After the phone interview I met with the MD when she was in Adelaide and was offered the role the following day and I was sent my contract electronically immediately. I submitted all of the usual relevant paperwork required when starting a new job, then started the following Monday.
