Hr got in touch with the interview request. Interview with HR and managers was on the same day. There were 4 of the future team members including a manager at the interview. They were very nice. The interview was a conversation-type interview after a certain point.
If someone came to you with a request at the end of the day, and the IT team member who has to implement the change in the system has left for the day, how would you help the person?

Overall a frustrating and negative experience. There were two components to the assessment, a 4 question written assignment and a panel interview (by Zoom). Written assignment was lengthy and technical, but I was comfortable with it.
The panel interview was a bad experience. One of the panelists was so disengaged and she was actively doubly tasking and checking her emails.
When I tried to follow up with the recruiter after the interview to see if a decision had been made, my email was ignored. I received a form rejection email TWO MONTHS after. Totally disrespectful after all the time and effort taken to complete the written assignment and prepare for the interview.
