Two interviewers were present. Each interviewer took turn asking questions. The process allowed the interviewee to ask questions at the end. A 3rd person asked salary and admin type questions after the initial interview.

Interview process was extensive, 4 interviews over a period of 2 weeks. A mix of behavioral based questions and questions aimed to understand technical skills. I did find they oversold what they position was and how much room for innovation their was within the organization.

Describe a situation where you had to step in to solve a major issue with a customer. What was your approach and what was the result.
