Mostly over the phone and quick fire questions. I felt as if I was on a conveyor belt through a factory of people getting asked generic questions. By the time I got to the 3rd interview there was just more technical questions. They should of just asked people to take the ccna final lab exam and maybe they could of got the best engineers.
