This was a 2 part interview process. The first was a very quick interview and resume review. This portion seemed to check the box that you as an individual can be presentable and personable. (Well dressed/well spoken) The second was a "ride along" with one of the up and coming accounts manager in training. This is where the interview really took place and was a good hour or more on location going over the realities of the work and answered any questions that may arise from them or you as the individual. This part was essential as this is what determines if you're referred for the position. The whole process from initial call for interview to job offer took 3 business days.

they have no interest in taking qualified(higher than required for job) students. I Think they are not looking for bachelor grads for the above mentioned position. The company is also a small sized company.
