I had a very underwhelming experience interviewing with Explorance. From the beginning, the process felt disorganized. During the initial phone screening, the HR representative struggled to explain the role clearly and couldn’t answer basic questions about salary expectations or company structure.
I was then scheduled for a one-hour technical interview with a manager. While I came well-prepared and the discussion was around my experience with .NET and backend development, it was obvious that they weren’t genuinely evaluating anything. The questions were vague, the engagement felt minimal, and I got the sense that the interview was more of a checkbox exercise than a serious hiring effort.
To top it off, I received a generic rejection email the very next morning — not even from HR but from the manager himself — with no constructive feedback. Shortly after, I noticed the job posting was removed altogether, confirming my suspicion that the interview was conducted without real intent.
This experience felt like a complete waste of time. I would advise others to be cautious if you receive an interview request from this company.
