Interview process was a relaxed conversation, just getting to the point of my experience and what they were in need of. By not having set questions, there is a chance of missing out some important information, but they didn't seem too fussed on getting to the finer details of my experiences.

Hr things, testing English, plus a test for tehnichal knowledge of catia v5 and Autovehicle dynamics. Simple questions. Images of actions and what could result. Multiple choice. Warm interviewer, fast response for my application
Very easy, but asked questions not particularly attached to the job role. Asked engineering questions mainly, very few competency based ones, I had 2 interviewers but heard reports of other people having as many as 4
