I had a generally normal interview process with this company, with two interviews. The conversations themselves were professional and seemed promising at the time. However, after completing the second interview, I never received any follow-up or feedback, despite waiting and expecting at least a final response. Being ghosted after multiple interviews is disappointing and unprofessional. Even a simple rejection email would have shown respect for the candidate’s time and effort. Transparency and communication are essential, especially in a multi-stage interview process, and unfortunately this was lacking here.
