The process took over a month and was a very detailed interview process. I faced no difficulties during the interview and thought it was a smooth process. A big advice would be don't bother applying here and investing a month of your life to the process if you are an international with requirements. Even though I've highlighted all my requirements and they've confirmed to me from interview number one that it was not an issue to deliver them from their end. They've pulled back their verbal offer on the phone after realizing they had to commit to sponsoring me. I've got no real feedback on why my offer was pulled back and they refused to send me a written one in case I decided to use it against them. The last thing I got told on the phone when I asked why they've changed their minds was 'good luck trying to find a job that'll sponsor you' which I thought was an incredibly nasty thing to say.
