After a first interview with a HR rep there is a second technical interview with several tech leads and team members that includes a questionnaire and shared-screen coding exercises as well as some open questions on approaches and processes.
I had to wait over one month to hear from them after the first interview. Once I'd gone through the technical interview another month went by with no clue as to how long the process was estimated to last and no feedback on the results. It was clear to me that they were in no hurry to cover the vacancy and thus had no regard as to candidates' time. In fact it appeared to me that they were on the fence with carrying on with my application but kept me hanging on just in case, by reassuring me on my remaining in the selection process. I was very interested in the position and even let them know when I got an offer somewehere else but all they could tell me was that the process was still ongoing indefinitely. Unsurprisingly I've never heard back from them six months later. Appalling way to handle a selection process on the part of HR and the company as a whole, with total disregard for potential employees, probably very telling of how working for them must be like.
