I received a call from Padma Soorya, a recruiter from Experion Technologies who informed me that there is a vacancy for Lead Power BI and I agrees to go through the interview process. My experience of the hiring team was in general very good. Soorya was well organized and communicated clearly throughout, making me feel well informed as well as important as an applicant. The first phone conversation was conducted with high professionalism, and the interviewer asked insightful questions which enabled me to effectively display my skills and experience. I was impressed by how promptly she scheduled subsequent interviews and gave feedback thereafter about every stage. She also accommodated interviews around my calendar, which I thanked her for. During the interview panelists were genuinely interested in understanding how my background aligned with the role and goals of the company. Generally, there was a positive experience with recruiter, leaving me with a good impression about the company also. Thank you!
