Very clear and straightforward, 4 steps in total: CV scan, situation judgement test, video interview then assessment centre. If successful you will be connected with your line manager to discuss further.

I had an interview online which went fine, the interviewers were great, however I never had any email back regarding the decision. After giving up an hour of your time, I think it's fair to expect a reply from the recruiter.
