The interview process begins with an online assessment that lasts about 40 minutes. During this, they ask you behavioral questions with binary answers, as well as questions about situations where you choose the most effective and least effective ways to handle them. Additionally, some logical questions require simple math and analytical skills for assessing operators. After that, if you pass this assessment you go through a prerecorded video interview with 4 questions.
