Interview with the hiring manager:

What stood out was the strong emphasis on soft skills and interpersonal qualities rather than purely technical abilities. The interview aimed to assess cultural fit and emotional intelligence, highlighting the company’s values.
Interview with a member of the HR team:
The second stage involved a conversation with someone from Human Resources. This interview reinforced the company’s people-first approach. It delved deeper into personality, communication style, and long-term career aspirations, further emphasizing the importance of alignment with the company culture.

Very informal process. They set an appointment for a role and then changed to another role. Afterwards they changed several times the interview appointment dates. I did not get an offer because after first interview it was clear was not the place for me.
