Phone screen, then video interview with hiring manager, followed by 4 panel interview with the team. Out of 4 different interviews for 4 separate Senior FA roles I only ever heard back from the recruiter once with no offer. The other 3, they ghosted me. While I generally enjoyed interviewing with Expedia, I’m no longer interested in pursuing a role with them based on their ghosting/ignoring with follow up at the end of the interview process. At first it seemed like a good work culture but this practice indicates to me they might not value candidates as much as I initially suspected.

It was a normal process. The excell assessment was very difficult though. Could not be completed in 30 mins. The excel test doesnt make any sense. Other vise the interview process was similar to other companies.
