I applied online. The recruiter reached out to me via email within a couple of days asking me to schedule a video interview on BlueJeans. The video interview allowed me the opportunity to record my response up to 2 times before a final submission. The video interview had 10 questions and was fairly straight forward. After the video interview the recruiter schedule a video interview with a People's Manager based in Seattle, WA. This interview was very hap hazard and at one point the interviewer was walking around the office while asking me questions. I did not hear back regarding any further steps or a rejection after this interview which felt unprofessional.

Overall, the process was pretty quick and everyone was very responsive throughout. My HR partner was lovely, quick to respond, and very helpful. I had 4 rounds which included a video-screen interview, a call with HR, an hour-long interview with the hiring manager, and then a 45-minute call with another team member.

The process was well-structured and transparent throughout.
It consisted of multiple rounds, including initial screening, role-specific interviews, and a final HR discussion. Each stage focused on different aspects such as my previous experience, problem-solving approach, and overall fit with the team.
Communication was clear and timely, and the interviewers were professional and thoughtful. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience and was what made me want to join the team
