The first step is they send you a take home assignment - some Hackerrank coding test. It takes up to 90 minutes. I've scored maximum on the three questions of the test, and they didn't even bother contacting me back; they didn't even have the decency to send a simple rejection email. Unless you have free time on your hands, I suggest don't even bother.

Question 1
First question in the assignment is to write a SQL query, that includes sub-queries, date ranges, joins, filtering - nothing too difficult.
Second question is about writing code to send HTTP requests to some endpoint, get back some JSON, and parse / filter the data. Quite easy if you are familiar with a high level language like python.
Third question is like a hard leetcode, involving binary search and finding a maximum. Very similar to this question: https://leetcode.com/discuss/interview-question/4537618/Jobs-scheduling/

Entretien
Referred by a 3rd-party agency. Only had a screening call with the hiring manager. He was abrasive, sometimes difficult to understand, and did most of the talking. A terrible interviewer. He asked me a weak "design" question (?), and he simply wouldn't let go of it! I thought it was not well defined, but he just kept on talking. I just wanted to end the call, I knew that I had zero interest in working with this guy. I never heard anything back from the recruiter.

Something about streaming data and where it resides. The heap, right? There was no good answer for this guy. No clue what he wanted to hear, what a waste.
