I applied through a job board. I got an email from HR after a couple of days to schedule a phone interview. The phone conversation was very informative and gave me more insight into the organization and the job role. I got feedback about 3 weeks later to schedule for an on-site interview. I was interviewed at Exiger, Toronto office. The interviewers were great.
