Entretien
Very simple 3 round phone interview. Behavioral questions only. The process was very quick and easy where I interviewed with two research managers, one of which became my supervisor over the course of the internship. Most of the questions asked focused on getting to know me and my experience in gathering research for any projects or extracurriculars. Last round interview included a written research project which was evaluated based on thoroughness of research and writing ability.

Entretien
It consists of an initial interview with HR, then a series of short interviews with various key managers relevant to the position you applied to. Their biggest goal is to get to know you and get an idea of your personality.

What are you looking for in a workplace environment, how are you best supported to thrive?
There are four rounds of interviews in total, starting with a phone call screening with HR person. There will be a writing test and a reading test.
Bilingual is preferred.
