J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Exiger (Silver Spring, MD) en oct. 2018
Entretien
After a phone screening and then an editing test of 30 minutes, I got an in-person interview at their Silver Spring HQ which lasted a little more than an hour in total. Although from the start, they didn't look like they were very organized: after being told that the interview would take place one week (I then got my bus tickets and all), they waited until the eve of the supposed interview (when I was already in D.C. just for the interview) to tell me they wanted to push back all interviews til the next week because some people from the editing team weren't there. (Isn't the absence of some employees not something known in advance?...)
Anyhow. On the actual interview day, I first met with the Associate Director; then 2 Editing Managers; and then the HR person who had been organizing the interview via e-mail beforehand.
