Overall, the interview process was very enjoyable. First started with a resume and cover letter submission. Was contacted by HR a few days later to set up a time for a phone screen where the interviewer provided more detail about Exiger, the role itself and asked basic questions regarding background, experience, interests, etc. It was a standard phone screen, nothing too intense. Following the phone screen (assuming it went alright), HR will coordinate a time with you to send a timed, basic writing assessment (won't go into specifics for integrity of the company's hiring process), but it was easy if you have some background knowledge and tools to complete it. HR contacted to set up in person interview at the office, which involved meeting with a few individuals from different capacities. Nothing too difficult, and everything flowed like a conversation, which was great.
