Two days after I applied, I was contacted via email to set up a phone interview with the Human Capital Coordinator. The phone interview went really well, and I was contacted a short time afterward to set up an in-person interview. We were able to schedule the in-person interview two weeks after the phone interview (a pretty quick turnaround). The in-person interview was two-tiered. I met with two groups of two people. The first group was more intense and skeptical of me. The second group was more interested in me and enthusiastic. It made for a bit of a whirlwind experience. After the interview, I was told it would take about 2 weeks for them to get back to me with an answer. However, I didn't hear from them until I reached out at the end of the third week, and they only asked that I give them more time to make a decision. Another week and a half went by before they finally got back to me with an answer. They delivered to me a rejection notice via email, which was pretty off-putting and frustrating. I at least wanted to know what improvements I could have made for future reference's sake.
