Got an email asking to do a phone screening, a few days later the vp of marketing gave me a call. She was very rude and didn’t seem at all interested in interviewing me. Mid interview she tells me she’s not interested and that I will not be a good fit. To be fair, I had done minimal research about the company, and I understand the frustration she must have felt about that, but everyone is human and she was very rude about it. Pretty indicative of the culture there.
