I was taken into private room with the Assistant Spa Director. We sat down, introduce herself. Explained a little about the job. I filled in some basic paperwork. She asked a few basic interview questions. Then asked my desired schedule and availability. She spent a day reviewing my references, then called back a day later to set up training.
