Entretien
S.T.A.R based interview. Process was done through a career fair. Second stage of interview requires a background check where they ask for 5 non-family member references. There is also a mandatory drug screen and phycology test that is part of the on-boarding process. This is required to obtain a nuclear clearance.

Review the STAR method to ensure you answer the questions correctly. There will be a series of questions relating to leadership, time management, and projects you have done. Using the STAR method will be the way to go
