1. I applied via linkedin and the HR contacted me after almost 2 months.
2. I was interviewed by panel of 4 managers.
3. Exelon follows STAR (situation, task, action and result) approach for all its interviews.

I was asked 10 behavioral questions which I had to answer in STAR approach relating to the work I have done (decision making, issue fixes, automation, talent / team building)

Lots of behavioral questions such as "Tell me about a time when..." STAR=Situation, Task, Action, Result type questions. There were no questions regarding technical knowledge needed for the position. Pretty causal but professional.

giving several situations and examples from your previous experience, and going in details for some points like conflict with management and how you react in it, also how you can work under pressure in case faced, where do you see your self in five years from now and like the basic interview questions.
