Behavior-based interview questions. The interview setup was quick after pre-screening with the recruiter, I paid my own to drive down for the in-person interview. I got the impression that the interviewers did not review my resume prior to inviting me for the interview. I was told that I will be notified in 4-6 weeks. However never heard back from the recruiter or the hiring manager. When somebody makes an effort to come down for an in-person interview then he/she deserves the courtesy of at-least a proper rejection. I got an automated email when they closed the job online.

Interview process was great. The panel consisted of 3 qualified individuals who wanted to find out more about me and my experiences relating to the role. The interview lasted approximately 1 hour. They were kind and courteous

Initial call from HR to determine salary expectations followed by a 1 hour remote interview with manager and current project manager in the sector. All behavior based questions with a couple directed towards Received decision within 2 weeks via an automated response from their application portal.
