They interviewed me through Teams. It was a group interview, had 3 different people from the leadership team on the call. They use the STAR method which is a little nerve wracking because the questions they asked kept coming to the same situation. I felt that I kept using the same answer.

The first interview was with a panel of 3, including the hiring manager. The other two interviewers work closely under the hiring manager. The second interview was with the hiring manager only.

Extremely well executed process. Spent 4 hours on-site for the interview, and met with senior leadership, colleagues and peers who I would be working with. Loved the company the moment I met the successful team

How would your former co-workers and bosses describe you? I'm a humble person, so I don't like to boost about myself, but I answered with honesty since my co-workers / bosses thought highly of me.
