The interview process was normal though the waiting time for each round may go to 1 - 2 hours. Once the interview was cleared, I was made to wait for a day in the office to get a physical offer letter and the compensation provided was not what was discussed at the initial stage. I was told by the HR that they have a fixed salary slab for the role but it was not discussed at any point of time and I was told that the salary was not a constraint. Overall, the offer provided was just the same as what I was drawing at that time and I had to reject the offer.
