They take candidate details and share some company details too but role evaluation doesn't match necessary requirement and proper followups. They need to try better interview approach techniques, process and profile evaluation. As same pointers get carry forward in future discussions.

Entretien
I applied online. First met with owner and subsequent emails with employees. It was pretty smooth but the employer did not want to give any details on how bonus was paid and the structure. He asked to trust him but in the end he lied.
