I recently underwent an extensive hiring process with this company, which included multiple stages such as initial shortlisting, a written test, final interview with the CEO. After all this, I was offered the position.
Despite the rigorous selection process, the company did not advise the position for which they are hiring me. Literally I don’t have any idea about the role , which they offered me, they are also aware that I’m a fresher for the proposed role. My reporting manager was frequently absent, leaving me without proper training or observation of my skills. Instead, my performance was unfairly judged based on my ability to socialize with colleagues, leading to the conclusion that I was not proactive. I was terminated suddenly within 5 days of my hiring, leaving me jobless, which could have been avoided if the company had conducted a more thorough assessment during the initial stages of the hiring process.
I recommend candidates to request a trial period if selected for a position to avoid the possibility of sudden job loss.
