I met with the Internal Recruiter at a local Coffee Shop, which to begin with I found slightly strange. This is where she explained the role and talked about the organisation. She spent time getting to know me and didn't rush the process. During our time together she definitely had me intrigued about the company and the role so when I was invited back for a second interview I couldn't wait to see what the office dynamic was like. For my second interview I was invited to the office to meet with the Director and Senior Consultant. I felt very at ease and liked the fact that there wasn't a formal presentation to deliver. Again, they both took time getting to know me and I really enjoyed the whole process.
