Other than waiting for your background check these people, do not do a interview at all. And this is a true fact since I applies here 3 different times and got hired 3 different times and no interview was ever done. Which they need to interview people. Because this place is horrible. If they actually did a real 20 min interview they outlook on certain people they hire would be a 360.
