      The recruitment process progressed rapidly. It began with a coding challenge that was both engaging and demanding. Subsequently, I interviewed with a group manager, focusing on in-depth C++ questions, and concluded the process by meeting with the team lead.

      After the HR review they gave a task to complete at home in a period of two weeks. After that, I did a live coding and technical questions session with two engineers. The take-home exercise was a bit difficult, although I was given plenty of time, but also interesting. It took me about 5 days to complete. What annoyed me was the technical round. In the technical round we never went over the first round task I submitted. The interviewers were not very talkative and combined with my stress for the interview created stressful situation. Most of the questions were of average difficulty but I failed to answer most of them. To me, it is strange to first ask for a task that might take 500+ lines of code, the candidate submits it sucessfuly and then ask trivial questions. Can you deduce that the candidate does not know the answer? And if so, make this the first round and not ask me to spend 5 days in this task just to dismiss me because of some silly questions I did not answer in a non-friendly environment. Without even looking at my submission from round 1.
